Chen Boon Khing

Chen Boon Khing has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Chen is currently working at Income as the Chief Technology Officer, a position they have held since July 2019. Before that, they served as the CTO & Head Customer Operations from June 2018 to July 2019. Chen also held various roles at Income, including VP & Head IM Applications from September 2017 to August 2018 and VP & Head IM Digitisation from January 2017 to February 2018.

Prior to joining Income, Chen worked at Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) as the Director - Global Business Services - Insurance, AMEA from February 2015 to January 2017. Chen also worked at EY as the Director Advisory Services from August 2014 to January 2015.

Chen's earlier experiences include working at NCS Group as the Director, Business Application Services, Financial Services Industry from September 2010 to August 2014. Chen also served as the Associate Director, BPO/ITO (PeopleSoft) from 2006 to 2010. Before that, they worked at HP as the HPAPJ CRM & Sales Tools IT Manager from 2002 to 2005, and at Compaq Computer Corporation as the IT Application Manager/Principal Analyst from 1998 to 2002.

Chen's earliest experiences can be traced back to Abacus International, where they worked as an Assistant Manager/Project Manager from 1994 to 1998 and as an Analyst Programmer/Senior System Analyst from 1990 to 1994.

Chen Boon Khing holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, which was completed in 1989. Prior to that, Chen obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Computer Science from the same institution in 1987. In 2019, Chen also participated in the Asian Financial Leaders Programme, completing programs at IMD, Stanford Law School, and Tsinghua University.
