Lena Lim has a strong background in human resources, starting their career as an HR Manager at Energy Market Company from 2006 to 2008. Lena then worked as a Senior HR Specialist at Fluor Corporation from 2008 to 2010. Following that, they joined AIA as a Section Head, Performance and Rewards from 2010 to 2013, and later became an HR Business Partner from 2013 to 2016. Currently, Lena is serving as the Vice President HR Business Partner at Income since 2016.
