Reya Benitez

Reya Benitez currently serves as the Head of Music Partnerships at Complex NTWRK since February 2024, following a role as the Director of Music Partnerships at NTWRK, where contributions helped the company earn recognition as one of Fast Company's Most Innovative Companies in 2021. Prior to this, Reya held the position of Head of Talent Partnerships at NTWRK, playing a key role in developing partnerships within the entertainment and e-commerce sectors. Reya's background includes business development coordination at Monarch Business and Wealth Management, focusing on wealth management for high-net-worth individuals, as well as a social media coordinator role at Jacob & Co, which involved significant growth in online engagement. Other experiences include providing concierge services at Luxury Attaché and event coordination with Gotham City Restaurant Group, alongside various roles in public relations and account management early in Reya's career. Reya holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration/Management from Syracuse University.
