Jason Tong

Jason T. is an experienced sales operations and customer support professional currently serving as the VP of Sales Operations and Customer Support at Nature's Toolbox, Inc. since April 2023. Prior to this role, Jason held various leadership positions at Mission Bio from April 2021 to May 2024, including General Manager of Pharma Assay Development and Senior Director of Sales Operations. Jason's extensive experience at Fluidigm Corporation from June 2009 to April 2021 involved directing global sales operations, transforming service operations, and establishing a Global Instrument Repair Center. Earlier career experience included a role as FSE at GE Healthcare from 2002 to 2009. Jason holds a Master's Certificate in Business Process Management from the University of San Francisco and a BS in Bioengineering from UC San Diego.
