Michael Faust

Michael Faust is an experienced executive search professional with a diverse background in recruiting and advisory services. Currently serving at NU Advisory Partners since March 2024, Michael specializes in AI and tech-led executive search, focusing on complex people challenges. Prior to this, Michael recruited finance leadership roles at Amazon from March 2022 to January 2024, and worked as an Executive Search Consultant at Howard Fischer Associates, where Michael was involved in recruiting VP and C-level executives across various industries. Michael also held the position of Senior Executive Recruiter at CBIZ Private Equity Advisory, specializing in placements for middle-market private equity-backed companies, and began a recruitment career at Lyneer Search Group, focusing on permanent placements in finance and accounting. Michael holds a Bachelor's Degree from Drexel University, completed in 2014, and attended St. Augustine Prep from 2005 to 2009.
