Taline Bignon-Berberian

Taline Bignon-Berberian is an Associate Partner at NU Advisory Partners, a global executive search and advisory firm specializing in AI and technology, since June 2023. Previously, Taline held various roles at Magic Leap from 2018 to 2022, including Head of Talent Acquisition, with progression through positions such as Director of Talent Acquisition and Chief of Staff to the SVP of People and HR. Taline also gained experience in executive search at Egon Zehnder and L3S Partnership from 2011 to 2018. Academic credentials include a Bachelor’s degree in Business Entrepreneurship and Psychology from The American University of Paris and completion of the International Baccalaureate Program at Coral Gables Senior High School.
