Eileen Williams is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and team leadership. Currently serving as a Platinum Team Elite Leader at Nu Skin Enterprises Inc since June 1990, Eileen focuses on mentoring, coaching, and building teams, driven by a passion for helping individuals realize their dreams. Prior to this role, Eileen owned HR4Success, providing consulting services to high technology startups to establish their human resources functions. Additionally, Eileen has held positions such as HR Consultant at TrellisWare Technologies, where health and wellness initiatives were promoted, Manager of Compensation and Benefits at ViaSat, and Director of HR at Xscribe, managing extensive employee operations across multiple locations.
