John Fowles

John Fowles serves as the Chief Compliance Officer at Nu Skin since September 2016 and has held various legal positions within the company, including Senior Director of Global Compliance and Assistant General Counsel. Fowles has also been an Adjunct Professor of Law at BYU Law School since 2019. Prior judicial experience includes clerkships for the Honorable Carolyn McHugh at the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Honorable Clark Waddoups at the U.S. District Court. Fowles has an extensive background in corporate law from Allen & Overy and has worked in commercial litigation and as a summer associate at various law firms. Educational qualifications include a J.D. from BYU Law School and advanced degrees from the University of Oxford and Brigham Young University in European Studies and German.
