Shelly Hester

Shelly Hester is a highly experienced professional in the field of nutritional sciences, currently serving as Director of Research & Development at Nu Skin since May 2013, after progressing through roles as Senior Scientist and Associate Senior Scientist. Prior to this, Shelly held the position of Postdoctoral Fellow at IUPUI from June 2012 to May 2013. Academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where Shelly studied from 2008 to 2012, and a subsequent RD Dietetic Internship at the same institution in 2011-2012. Additional experience includes research internships at Abbott and Nestlé, as well as graduate studies at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and undergraduate studies at Purdue University, completing a degree from 2003 to 2007.
