Siva Annanmar

Siva Annanmar has a long history of experience in the food and beverage industry. Siva began their career in 2003 as a Production Manager for Nestl\u00e9. In 2007, they moved to PepsiCo as a Principal Scientist. In 2015, they joined Dairy Management Inc. as Vice President of Product Research and Innovation. In this role, they led and implemented product innovation strategies for dairy beverage and cheese products, managed a network of SMEs, and managed research and tech transfer activities with an AOP of over $3MM. In 2018, they became the Senior Director of Innovation and Business Development and Country Manager for India at NuTek Natural Ingredients.

Siva Annanmar obtained a Bachelors in Technology from the National Dairy Research Institute in the field of Dairy Science and Technology from 1999 to 2003. Siva then went on to obtain an MS from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in the field of Food Science from 2004 to 2006. In 2013 and 2014, they earned a Professional Certificate from Stanford University in the field of Strategic Decision and Risk Management. Finally, from 2016 to 2018, they earned a Master's Degree from the Institute of Design in the fields of Design Thinking, Strategy, Innovation Leadership, Entrepreneurship, Design Research, and Design Methods.
