Sal Walsh

Sal Walsh is an experienced Occupational Therapist currently employed at Nua Healthcare Services since June 2021. Prior roles include working as a Support Worker at Praxis Care and as a Waitress/Barista at Cafe Rua, where Sal received certified barista training and contributed to the café's recognition as McKenna’s Guides 2020 Award ‘Best in Ireland.’ Sal has a background in occupational therapy student placements at various mental health services and facilities, including Mayo Mental Health Services and Caledonia Clubhouse. Sal holds an MSc in Occupational Therapy from Glasgow Caledonian University and a BA in Joint Honours in English & Psychology from the University of Limerick, complemented by an Erasmus experience at Eötvös Loránd University.
