Meirion Richards has an extensive work history, with experience in various industries and roles. Meirion started their career at Ford Motor Company in 2004, where they worked as an Engineering Manager and later as a Manufacturing/Production Manager. During their time at Ford, they were responsible for overseeing engine machining operations and ensuring safety, quality, cost, and delivery targets were met. Meirion then moved on to Burtons Foods in 2009, where they served as an Operations Manager. In 2014, they joined Norgine as the Site Manufacturing Director, overseeing manufacturing and supply operations. In 2016, they transitioned to BRUSH Group, taking on the role of Managing Director for Switchgear & Transformers. In 2019, they joined IQE as the General Manager, a position they held until 2023. Most recently, they have become the Managing Director at both Nuaire and Domus Ventilation, starting in 2023.
Meirion Richards attended Swansea University from 2000 to 2004, where they received a Bachelor of Engineering Honors degree in Manufacturing Systems Engineering. Additionally, Meirion completed the Six Sigma Black Belt Training Program.
