Yan Yang

Yan Yang is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors. As the Head of In Vivo Platform Development at Nuanced Health since March 2021, Yan Yang is responsible for leading innovative development initiatives. Previously, as Chief Scientific Officer and General Partner at Leo Universal Ventures from January 2015 to March 2021, Yan Yang secured exclusive licenses and successfully obtained funding for portfolio companies while facilitating their NASDAQ uplisting and drug applications. With a robust background at The Jackson Laboratory from April 2001 to December 2014, Yan Yang directed In Vivo Services, overseeing extensive testing of experimental therapies and managing a preclinical contract research lab to achieve significant revenue growth and profitability. Yan Yang holds a Ph.D. in Pathology from the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry and a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery from Beijing Medical University.
