Sanskruti Rawal

Sanskruti Rawal, also known as Kruti, has been the Managing Director at NUANZA INC. since January 2016, where responsibilities include collaborating with leadership on management succession and serving as a strategic advisor. Previously, as Director of Strategic Staffing, Sanskruti substantially increased business revenue from $1M to $8MM and expanded the consultant team from nine to over 70. Prior to NUANZA, Sanskruti held the position of Senior Technical Recruiter and Resource Manager at JP Consulting from August 2007 to January 2016, focusing on full-cycle recruitment and developing effective sourcing strategies. Sanskruti holds an MBA in Information Systems from The University of Dallas and a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from MB Patel Science College, Anand.
