Jonathan Alboum

Jonathan Alboum is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in federal IT leadership. Currently serving as the Federal CTO and Principal Digital Strategist at ServiceNow since August 2019, Alboum also holds advisory roles at multiple organizations, including Panum Group, LLC, Valimail, and NuAxis Innovations. Notable prior positions include Deputy Director of the Office of Procurement and Property Management and Chief Information Officer at the USDA, where significant contributions included the development of IT modernization strategies and oversight of extensive procurement programs. Alboum's earlier experience includes key roles at the GSA and USDA's Food and Nutrition Service, demonstrating a strong background in IT governance, strategic planning, and program management. Alboum holds an MS in Management of Information Technology and a BS in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia.
