Leyre Gibaja is a seasoned professional in business strategy and development, currently serving as a Business Development Manager at NUBA since November 2023. Prior experience includes a tenure at Capgemini Invent, where Leyre held the roles of Strategy Manager and Senior Business Strategy Consultant, focusing on identifying opportunities and implementing solutions in the healthcare sector. Leyre has also served as Chief Operations Officer at Flabelus, where responsibilities included developing operational and commercial strategies for a start-up clothing brand. Prior to these roles, Leyre worked at EY as a Senior Business Strategy Consultant, specializing in business strategy design and implementation. Leyre holds multiple degrees, including a double degree in Business Administration and Industrial Engineering from the University of Deusto, a Master's in Business Consulting from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, and is pursuing a degree in Leadership in Organisations from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
