Daniela Gutiérrez

Daniela Gutiérrez is currently a Senior HRBP at Nubank, and has been in the Human Resources field for over 5 years. Daniela started their career at Mastercard in July 2015 as a Human Resources Business Partner, Specialist. In this role, they were responsible for regional HR business partner support for various departments across Latin America & the Caribbean Region. Daniela was also divisional HR business partner for Mexico and Central America markets, managing all HR initiatives and partnering closely with business leaders and COEs to design and implement People, Talent and Culture strategy.

In December 2020, they left Mastercard to join Nubank as a Senior HRBP. In their current role, they are responsible for the implementation and delivery of HR programs and initiatives for the entire employee lifecycle, end to end. Daniela is constantly seeking innovation and process improvement, applying their knowledge of local laws and regulations to provide relevant, high-touch, employee–facing support.

Daniela Gutiérrez has a compensation studies certification from Cornell University, a diploma in payments and international trade finance from Universidad Anáhuac, and a bachelor's degree in international business from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
