Egon Lenz

Egon Lenz is a seasoned information security professional with extensive experience in managing security teams and initiatives across various organizations. Currently serving as the Global InfoSec Engineering Tech Manager at Nubank, Egon leads efforts in Endpoint Security and Network Security while fostering a collaborative team environment. Prior to this role, Egon was the Information Security Manager at EBANX, where responsibilities included governance, compliance, risk management, and the enhancement of security awareness and incident response processes. Egon has also held positions in information security at GRPCOM, focusing on compliance with security standards and vulnerability management. With an academic background that includes an MBA in Business Management, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship from FIA Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Universidade Federal do Paraná, Egon combines technical expertise with strategic business acumen.
