Fernando Rolim

Fernando Rolim currently serves as the Head of Global Compensation at Nubank, a position held since October 2023. Previously, Fernando worked at Alstom for over a decade, where roles included HR Operations & Services Americas Director, responsible for leading HR Shared Services across North and South America, and HR Director positions focusing on Total Reward and Talent Management for Latin America. Fernando's extensive experience also includes notable positions at Redecard as Compensation and Benefits Manager and at ABN AMRO Group as Compensation Senior Analyst. Academically, Fernando holds an MBA from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo, among other qualifications.
