Jessica Paul

Jessica Paul serves as the Vice President and General Manager of Global Products at Nubank, overseeing a diverse portfolio of lending products across Brazil and Mexico. Prior to Nubank, Jessica spent nearly a decade at Capital One, where roles included MVP leading the product and analytics for Card Customer Resiliency, and Managing Vice President for Mainstreet Customer Acquisitions, managing significant P&L and leading large cross-functional teams. Jessica’s extensive experience encompasses strategy, risk management, and innovative solutions for customer debt challenges, and the development of acquisition strategies for various segments of the card business. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics and Astronomy from the University of Michigan.
