Luiza Ferraz is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product leadership and brand strategy, currently serving as Product Lead for Global Investments at Nubank since March 2018. In this role, Luiza leads a team focused on growing assets under management and reports directly to the Senior Director of Growth. Luiza has a proven track record in various leadership roles at Nubank, including co-leading product iterations and marketing teams for personal account services, driving innovative solutions for bill management, and building impactful brand strategies. Prior to Nubank, experience includes brand strategy consulting at Monq and as a freelancer, as well as significant roles at FutureBrand and Abril, where marketing expertise was applied to a range of industries. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Social Communication with a focus on Advertising and Marketing from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing and an exchange program at IULM University.
