Naoko Higashide

Naoko Higashide is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program and project management across various technology-focused organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Program Management at Nubank since August 2020, Naoko manages a team dedicated to software development and data infrastructure within the Data Business Unit. Prior to Nubank, Naoko held significant roles at Cognitect as a Senior Project Coach, and at IT Broadcasting as a Senior Program & Project Manager, with a focus on satellite communication solutions. Additional experience includes senior positions at Project Right Track LLC, 3D Systems Geomagic, Computer Management Consultants, PwC, Peopleclick, Reciprocal, Inc., and Hitachi America, Ltd. Naoko holds a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Design from Purdue University.
