Suzana Kubric

Suzana Kubric is currently the VP of Global HR at Nubank. Prior to this, they were a teacher at Estácio from November 2020 to January 2021, where they taught sustainability, diversity, and inclusion. Kubric was also the HR Director Latam and I&D Champion at Kantar IBOPE Media from February 2017 to March 2021. In this role, they were responsible for talent management and organizational development processes for the Pharma Division, including performance management, succession planning, potential assessment, and scholarship programs. Suzana was also the champion for the global employee survey and head of the Diversity and Inclusion committee.

Suzana Kubric has an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Florida International University, as well as a Post Graduation in Human Resources from FAAP - Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado. Suzana also has an MBA in Change Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, and a Bachelor in Business Administration from FAAP - Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado. In addition, Suzana is certified from IBGC - Instituto Brasileiro de Governança Corporativa as a Non Executive Board Member, and from Ateliê RH as a Hogan Certification.

They work with Steven Thompson - Head of Solutions, People & Culture, KJ Williams - Global Head of People Rewards, and Helena Bertho - Global Director of Diversity & Inclusion. Their manager is Vitor Olivier, Chief People Officer.
