Ezequiel Elli

Ezequiel Elli started their work experience in 2008 at Banco Supervielle as a Senior Compensation & Benefits Analyst. Ezequiel then moved to IUDú in 2017 and held various roles, including Head of Compensation, Benefits and HR Planning. In 2021, they became the HR Business Partner and continued to lead the Compensation, Benefits, and HR Planning team. Currently, they are working at Nubiral as Head of Compensation & Benefits, Planning HR, and People Analytics since 2023.

Ezequiel Elli pursued their higher education at two different universities. From 2016 to 2020, they attended the Universidad del Salvador and obtained their Bachelor's degree in Economics. Prior to this, they attended the Universidad Católica de Salta from 2008 to 2010, where they studied for a degree in Commercialization, although it is unclear whether they completed the program.
