Cynthia Whitfield

Cynthia Whitfield is currently a Senior Consultant at NuBrick Partners. Cynthia has previously worked as Field Senior Vice President at Allstate from May 2013 to December 2020, where they were responsible for managing a two billion-dollar five state territory. Under their leadership, the company saw consistent growth in premiums and the onboarding of new agent offices. In 2018, they developed a cost-share selling campaign that proved successful in engaging agents and driving sales. Cynthia also oversaw a leadership succession model to the Region to ensure bench strength at all levels. Cynthia's experience and success in both sales strategy and leadership make their an excellent consultant at NuBrick Partners.

Cynthia Whitfield has a Master in Management from Indiana Wesleyan University and a Business Administration from Rutgers University. Cynthia is currently working as a marketing and advertising manager.
