Cyrille Leperlier has over 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Cyrille began their career in 1981 as the Medical Director at Takeda. In 1989, they became the Head of a Joint Venture between Dainippon Pharmaceutical and Rhone Poulenc Santé at Rhone DPC Europe. From 1992 to 1996, they worked at Rhone-Poulenc Rorer in various roles, including VP Clinical Development and Head of Anti-Infectives Drug Development. In 1999, they joined Aventis Pharmaceuticals as VP Medical Affairs Europe and ITC Regions. From 2007 to 2018, they worked at Sanofi in various roles, including Bus. Dev. VP Medical Assessment and VP Med Aff Japan. In 2020, they became an Operational Investor at JEITO. Currently, they serve as an Independent Director at NuCana plc.

Cyrille Leperlier began their education in 1972, when they enrolled at Pierre and Marie Curie University and earned a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) in General Practionner in 1981. In 1975, they began a Master of Science (M.Sc.) program at Universit\u00e9 Paris Cit\u00e9, which they completed in 1978, with a focus on Pathophysiology and Computer science for Medicine. In 1980, they enrolled at IAE Paris - Sorbonne Business School, though it is unclear if they completed any degree or program there.
