Amina Mulani

Amina Mulani is a Senior Scientist at NuChem Therapeutics, with a career spanning from January 2016 to the present. Responsibilities include designing and executing biochemical assays, leading project teams, synthesizing small molecules using advanced analytical techniques, and interpreting complex biological data. Amina is also involved in writing publications and experimental procedures for patent applications, along with presenting scientific findings to management and clients. Prior to this role, Amina served as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Ottawa from 2011 to 2013 and as a Laboratory Demonstrator at Université de Montréal from 2009 to 2011. Amina holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Chemistry from the University of Ottawa and Université de Montréal, obtained from 2008 to 2014, and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Biological Chemistry from the University of Toronto, completed from 2003 to 2007.
