Ashalatha B V is a highly experienced scientist with over 20 years in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as a Senior Scientist II at NuChem Sciences since March 2019, focusing on multi-stage synthesis and project management within the CMC Team. Prior experience includes roles at Delmar Chemicals Inc, where Ashalatha contributed to process development and technology transfer; Aurigene Discovery Technologies, specializing in new drug discovery and synthesis of therapeutic compounds; and Strides Arcolab Limited, where Ashalatha led projects that resulted in successful commercialization of numerous products. Ashalatha holds a PhD in Synthetic Organic Chemistry and has a solid academic foundation with an MSc in Applied Chemistry and a BSc in Chemistry, Physics, and Mathematics from Mangalore University and Govt College Kasargod, respectively.
