Niaz Oliazadeh

Niaz Oliazadeh, PhD, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and scientific research within the biopharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as a Business Development Manager at NuChem Sciences since September 2022, Niaz previously held the position of Scientist in the Cell Biology Department at the same organization. Prior experience includes being a Scientist in the Biology group at Paraza Pharma Inc., where responsibilities encompassed overseeing research projects, client communication, and data analysis. Niaz’s academic background includes a PhD in Molecular Genetics from Université de Montréal, with postdoctoral studies at the University of Toronto. Previous roles include research at the CHU Sainte-Justine Research Centre and Hôpital Maisonneuve-Rosemont, as well as business development and medical sales positions in pharmaceutical marketing.
