Yael Tochner

Yael Tochner has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. From 2022 to the present, Yael is the Director of Data Operations at Nucleai. Prior to this, Yael worked at Payoneer from 2020 to 2022 as a Technical Services Team Leader. Yael's role involved leading a team and providing technical support services.

From 2016 to 2017, Yael worked at JFrog as a Customer Advocate (CX Operations Manager). In this role, Yael managed the US Technical Support team, facilitated collaborations with other teams, and represented the voice of the customer in day-to-day operations.

From 2014 to 2016, Yael worked at AlgoTerminal as a User Experience Product Manager. Yael led the complete redesign of the platform, resulting in significant improvements in user engagement and retention.

Earlier in Yael's career, from 2010 to 2010, Yael worked at Teva Pharmaceuticals as a Supply Chain Operations Manager, primarily overseeing production and logistical processes. Yael also worked as a Pharmacy Administrative Manager at Super-Pharm from 2004 to 2006, where responsibilities included managing pharmacy operations and communicating with health insurance providers.

Yael Tochner completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Biology from Tel Aviv University, where they attended from 2006 to 2009. Yael then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Science (MSc) in Biotechnology, Bioinformatics & Computational Biology from the University of Pennsylvania, where they studied from 2011 to 2013.
