Erin is currently serving as the Director of HR & Organizational Development at Nuclear Electric Insurance Limited since 2022. Erin Siegrist began their education at Millikin University, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Biology from 1994 to 1998. Following this, they went on to the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, School of Labor and Employment Relations, where they earned a Master's degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from 2001 to 2003.
In addition to their formal education, Erin Siegrist has also obtained several professional certifications. These include an Associate in Risk Management from IIA, which they obtained in August 2016, and a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter from AICPCU/IIA, which they achieved in November 2015. Erin has also obtained certifications in Advanced Project Management, Associate in Claims, Associate in Management, Associate in Personal Insurance, and Certified Benefit Professional. Furthermore, Erin holds certifications as a Certified Compensation Professional from World at Work and as an SHRM-SCP from the Society for HR Management (SHRM). Erin also holds an SPHR certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute and a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from the Manufacturers Association of NW PA.

The Company insures electric utilities for damages to insured sites, decontamination expenses incurred at such sites arising from nuclear contamination, other risks of direct physical loss at such sites, certain premature decommissioning costs, and the costs associated with certain long-term interruptions of electricity supply.
