Ken Manne started their work experience in 1994 at Arizona Public Service (APS) as a Senior Nuclear Regulatory Attorney. Ken was responsible for overseeing all legal issues related to the Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station. Ken also worked as a volunteer during refueling outages, taking on various roles including a mechanic's helper.

In 2006, Ken joined Nuclear Electric Insurance Limited as the Senior Vice President Corporate Services, General Counsel & Secretary. In this position, they were responsible for various functions including Legal/Corporate, Human Resources, Information Technology, Office Administration, and Corporate Communications. Ken also served as the Company's Diversity Champion from 2009 to 2019.
