Ken Matthews

Ken Matthews is an experienced professional in the energy sector, currently serving as the Loss Prevention Manager for Nuclear Electric Insurance Limited since April 2013, with an additional role as Member Lead for NEIL Services Spain. Prior to this, Ken worked as a Loss Control Representative for the Power Generation Industry and held engineering specialist positions focused on steam and hydro turbines at ESB from August 2000 to December 2012, ultimately rising to the role of Manager for Turbine Services. Ken's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the College of Technology, Bolton Street, Dublin, as well as a Diploma in Project Management from the Project Management Institute and an earlier Technician Certificate in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution.
