Chaim Wachtel

Chaim Wachtel has a wealth of experience in the scientific field. Chaim began their career in 2004 as a Post-doctorate research fellow at Columbia University. In 2008, they moved to Bar Ilan University where they served as Head of the Experimental part of the Microarray Unit and a Post-Doctorate Fellow. In 2015, they became Manager of the NGS unit at hylabs (Hy Laboratories Ltd). Most recently, in 2021, they took on the role of Sr. Research Scientist at Nucleix Ltd.

Chaim Wachtel received their BA in Biochemistry from Brandeis University between 1992 and 1996. Chaim then attended The Hebrew University of Jerusalem between 1997 and 2004, where they obtained their PhD in Genetics. Prior to this, they attended Ramaz from 1987 to 1991.
