John Josephson

John Josephson is a Mechanical Engineer with extensive experience in the development and manufacturing of medical devices. Currently employed at Nuclera since May 2022, John provides mechanical design expertise for a novel digital microfluidics device. Prior roles include Research and Development Engineer at Holistick Medical, where John standardized testing methods across locations, improved adhesive strength, and developed microneedle fabrication processes. In earlier positions at Lyndra Therapeutics and TeraDiode, Inc., John focused on enhancing production safety and consistency through innovative fixture designs and optimized inspection workflows. John holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering with a concentration in Mechanics and Design, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Japanese Language from Northeastern University.
