Henry Rushworth

Henry Rushworth has a diverse professional background in service excellence and team management, currently serving as the Service Excellence & Governance Manager and Operations Support Manager at Nucleus Financial since December 2022. Prior experience includes a Team Manager role at FNZ Group from July 2021 to December 2022, and various management and executive positions at James Hay Partnership between February 2014 and July 2021. Additionally, Henry held a Delivery Driver position at Asda from October 2012 to January 2014 and served as a Special Constable with Wiltshire Police from March 2012 to May 2013. Henry holds a BSc (Hons) in Leisure & Sport Management and Sports Development from the University of Gloucestershire and completed GCSEs and A-levels at Duke of York’s Royal Military School.
