Scott Laird has over 25 years of experience in the financial services sector, currently serving as a Senior Business Consultancy Partner at Nucleus Financial since November 2006. In this role, Scott influences, trains, and mentors the consultancy support team, ensuring the delivery of a professional business implementation model and supporting the Adviser Business Readiness workstream. Previous positions at Nucleus Financial include Sales Operations Manager and Regional Account Manager, where Scott was accountable for key sales processes and relationship management with advisory firms.
