Donovan Marks has extensive experience in human resources spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the General Manager of Human Resources at Nucor since January 2001, Donovan has also held the position of Director of Human Resources within the company. Prior experience includes working as a Benefit Analyst at Owens Corning from 1997 to 2001. Donovan holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Queens University of Charlotte, obtained between 2001 and 2004, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Bowling Green State University, where education was completed from 1990 to 1994.
