Janet Ali

Janet Ali, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is an experienced Talent Operations Analyst and Talent Partner at Nucor Corporation, serving since July 2010. In this role, Janet acts as a strategic partner for various divisions within the Steelmaking Group, collaborating with locations across the U.S. Previously, Janet held the position of HR Supervisor, where responsibilities included establishing HR leadership for an independently operating steel mill with over 300 employees and engaging in strategic projects to enhance cost optimization and operational efficiency. Prior to Nucor, Janet was the Director of Human Resources at Phillips Real Estate Services from December 2007 to July 2010, leading HR operations and conducting a comprehensive audit of HR processes. Janet earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Birmingham-Southern College.
