Leston Bethelmy VCAT IV, ARP E, MLE, MLA III, MLT II is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in reliability and predictive maintenance. Currently serving as the Lead Reliability and PdM Engineer at Technical Integrated Services since March 2020, Leston is responsible for aligning the Reliability & PdM department with organizational goals and developing training for junior engineers. Previously, Leston held the position of Reliability and PdM Superintendent at TOSL Engineering Limited, where leadership management and coaching were key responsibilities. Earlier roles included Reliability and Predictive Maintenance Engineer and Mechanical Engineering Technician at various organizations, focusing on maintenance of marine vessels and air-conditioning systems. Leston holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology from The University of Trinidad and Tobago, and foundational education in the sciences from Fatima College.
