Matt Silberberg

Matt Silberberg is a Process Engineer at Nucor Corporation since May 2022, bringing extensive experience from the US Navy, where roles included Modernization Program Manager for the Submarine Learning Facility and Technical Program Manager on the USS Washington (SSN-787). In the Navy, Silberberg led a team of 7 in providing combat control and sonar modernization training and managed significant responsibilities, including directing nuclear power plant operations and overseeing 140 personnel and $2 billion in equipment. Silberberg holds an Honors degree in Systems Engineering from the United States Naval Academy, completed in 2015.
