Erika Hao

Erika Hao has worked in a variety of roles since 2012. Erika began their career as a Part Time Keyholder at Softmoc Inc., where they were responsible for training new staff members in shoe care, product knowledge and customer service skills. Erika also had responsibilities for merchandising, receiving and transporting stock. In 2013, they joined Lakeridge Health, where they worked as a Diet Clerk and Dietary Aide. In 2015, Erika began working as a Sales Lead at Call It Spring. In 2018, they became an Accounting Assistant at Melia Corporation. In 2019, Erika joined McMaster University Medical Centre - Hamilton Health Sciences as a Dietetic Assistant- MOM Room. In 2021, they began working as a Regulatory Affairs Associate at MCS Associates Incorporated. Finally, in 2022, they became a Product Regulatory Coordinator at NUDESTIX.

Erika Hao obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Nutrition and Food from Ryerson University between 2011 and 2015. In 2018, they obtained a Food Handler Training Certificate from Toronto Public Health. Erika is currently enrolled in a Graduate Certificate program in Cosmetic Science at Seneca College, which they began in 2021.
