Brian Mair

Brian Mair is an accomplished education and employment professional with extensive experience in managing and delivering tutoring and skills programs. Currently serving as the Managing Director and Director of Operations at Nudge Education Limited since May 2016, Brian focuses on providing independent tutoring and re-engagement programs for children and young people facing various educational challenges. Previous roles include Performance Manager at Working Links, where Brian led a team in delivering tailored skills programs, and Employer Partnership Coordinator at Ingeus, facilitating sustainable employment for high-quality candidates. Additionally, Brian has managed government contracts for The Conservation Volunteers and held various positions at Ingeus and Lifetime Training, emphasizing apprenticeship delivery and client support. Brian obtained a Master’s degree in Cultural Tourism Development from the University of Sunderland in 2004.
