Nico Di Palma has work experience in various roles and companies. Nico started working as a PR and Promoter for various night events in small-to-medium nightclubs and live music venues in 2015. Nico then worked as an Events Coordinator at Hotel nhow Milano from December 2016 to June 2017. Nico joined Soho House & Co in March 2019 as a Membership Administrator EMEA and later became a Customer Service Supervisor. Nico worked there until September 2022. Currently, Nico is a Client Services Consultant at Nudge starting from September 2022.

Nico Di Palma has a diverse education history. In 2017 to 2018, they pursued a Master's degree in Music Business Management at the University of Westminster. Prior to that, from 2013 to 2016, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Management from Università Bocconi. Nico completed their high school education at Liceo Scientifico Statale "Riccardo Nuzzi" from 2008 to 2013, however, the specific degree and field of study are unknown.
