Shiraz K. has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Currently, they serve as the Head of Dev Services at Nue.io, a RevOps platform focused on accelerating sales and providing accurate analytics. Prior to this, Shiraz held the position of Director of IT Security & Compliance and Product Support at Trove. In 2018, they served as the Director of Technology at UpHealth, Inc, where they successfully built a cloud environment for migrating infrastructure and ensured HIPAA compliance. Additionally, Shiraz has experience as a Senior Systems Engineer at the Parker Institute for Cancer Immunotherapy and UpHealth, Inc. They also worked for Gap Inc. as a Systems Engineer, where they implemented wireless solutions and coordinated with IBM and networking teams. Starting their career as a Lead QA Test Engineer at Gap Inc., Shiraz led testing efforts for a Mobile POS solution. In 2006, they served as a Senior Design Teaching Assistant at Purdue University.

Shiraz K. completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University from 2004 to 2006. In 2002 to 2004, Shiraz attended the American University of Sharjah, although the degree name and field of study are unknown. In 2017 to 2018, Shiraz acquired a Full Stack Web Development Certification from freeCodeCamp, specializing in Computer Software Engineering. Additionally, Shiraz obtained certifications in Microsoft Azure Architect Technologies from Microsoft in July 2020 and in Docker Certified Associate from Docker, Inc in February 2020.
