John Murphy

John Murphy joined NueHealth in 2018, bringing with him over a decade of leadership in building, opening and managing ambulatory surgery centers across New Jersey and Connecticut. He previously served as the COO and later as CEO, of Murphy Healthcare Group, where he managed a portfolio of eight Ambulatory Surgical Centers and oversaw the denovo development of four Ambulatory Surgery Centers. Mr. Murphy holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Mathematics and a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance and Information Systems.

Mr. Murphy currently serves the company as a Senior Vice President in the Mid-Atlantic Region where he oversees field operations and leads teams of innovators at multiple Surgical Centers to deliver unparalleled patient care, center profitability and efficiency, physician recruitment and market share growth.
