Earlier in their career, Adrian held the position of CFO for Romania and Bulgaria at Reader's Digest, where they implemented and coordinated a high-performing business analysis team, drove data-driven decision-making, conducted financial modeling assessments for marketing campaigns, and led due diligence efforts for strategic partnerships and acquisitions.

Before that, Adrian worked at Orange Romania as an AP/Treasury/Capex Management Accountant, responsible for financial and management accounting.

Adrian began their career as a Member at AIESEC and later worked as a Financial Analyst at Kvaerner IMGB.
