Jo Clayton

Jo Clayton has extensive work experience in finance and corporate development. From 1992 to 1995, Clayton worked as a Chartered Accountant at Deloitte. After that, from 1995 to 1996, Clayton served as a Financial Analyst at Black & Decker. Clayton then joined Walgreens Boots Alliance in 1996 and held the position of Financial Planning Manager until 2001. From 2001 to 2021, Clayton worked as a Corporate Development Manager at Walgreens Boots Alliance. Clayton's most recent role was at Nuffield Health, where they served as the Corporate Development Manager from 2021 to 2023 and are currently the Head of Strategic Finance.

Jo Clayton obtained a Bachelor's degree in Joint Honours Maths / Economics from Durham University from 1989 to 1992. They also hold a certification as a Chartered Accountant from ICAEW, but the specific month and year of obtaining this certification is unknown.
