Kevin Thomson

Kevin Thomson has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Kevin started their career at Nuffield Health in 2009 as the Head of Integrated Operations. Kevin then moved on to become the Regional Director, responsible for the operational delivery of corporate fitness and wellbeing locations. Following that, they served as the Head of Employee Wellbeing and later as the Business Development Director, where they had direct operational and P&L responsibility for the Scottish market. Subsequently, they joined BMI Healthcare as the Head of Health First, focusing on developing and enhancing corporate service lines. Returning to Nuffield Health, Kevin held positions as the New Business and Market Development Director, Corporate Healthcare Director, and Market Development Director. Currently, they serve as the Regional Commercial & Business Development Director, supporting site leaders across multiple locations and developing commercial and business opportunities in the region. Throughout their career, Kevin has consistently worked towards expanding health services and promoting a culture of wellbeing.

Kevin Thomson obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree with Honors in Recreation Management from Heriot-Watt University in the period between 1993 and 1997. Kevin later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Hult Ashridge between 2020 and 2023.
