Kelsey Lamont

Kelsey Lamont is an experienced professional in customer experience and operations, currently serving as the Director of Customer Experience at Nugget since May 2020. Prior to this role, Kelsey held the position of Director of Operations at American Underground from February 2018 to May 2020, where the focus was on supporting startups and scaleups, particularly those led by underrepresented founders. Additional experience includes consulting at Big Top and serving as Director of Operations and Director of Project Management at RevBoss from April 2014 to 2017. Kelsey also has a background in financial services as a Financial Services Representative II at North Carolina State Employees' Credit Union in 2013-2014. Kelsey holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public and International Affairs from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
